Report: Olympique de Marseille eyes a loan deal for Tottenham loanee

Tottenham Hotspur has made additions this summer, but the north London will need to begin focusing on departures, and one of the players with a market is Bryan Gil.

Gil struggled to adapt to the Premier League, and these last six months was on loan at Valencia, where he helped the club reach the final of the Copa del Rey, but fell to Real Betis.

The young forward doesn’t appear to be remaining with the Spanish side, and French football journalist Nabil Djellit reports that Olympique de Marseille club chief Pablo Longoria appreciates the profile of Gil.

Furthermore, Longoria called Tottenham to find out about the 21-year-old winger, where the Ligue 1 side would want a loan deal for the player under contract until 2026.

Gil made 13 appearances with Valencia and one assist, but the stats don’t show that the winger did raise his stock, and it seems the French club is ready to bring the player as they have UEFA Champions League football this summer.
