Report: Everton has a Tottenham midfielder as its top target this summer

Everton FC wants to improve their midfield this summer, and one of the targets that Frank Lampard has in mind to strengthen the group is Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Winks.

According to The Sun, Winks is a top target for The Toffees, especially as Chelsea plans to keep Conor Gallagher. The 26-year-old has fallen out of favor with manager Antonio Conte and is now looking for a fresh start elsewhere.

The Premier League rival isn’t the only player reportedly in on Winks, as Sevilla is eyeing the midfielder to allow him to continue his career abroad in La Liga. Winks will want to go somewhere that will allow him to flourish and be back on track to possibly lock a spot on the England national team for the FIFA World Cup later this year.

Winks is valued at £15.3-million, and this past season, the midfielder made 30 appearances where he scored one goal and recorded two assists.
