Report: Antonio Conte reveals the positions Tottenham needs to address

This week, Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte had a meeting with chairman Daniel Levy, and Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici about the transfer window as January presents the first opportunity to make changes to the squad.

Football.London reports that Conte has laid out the positions that Spurs need to address, which are striker, right wing-back, and a left-sided center-back. Furthermore, the 52-year-old also wants a new central midfielder to add to his options.

The report states that the positions Spurs hopes to address this month are a midfielder, striker, and wing-back. The left-sided center-back to provide competition for Ben Davies will have to wait until the summer transfer window unless a situation comes up.

When it comes to possible departures, Matt Doherty is expected to leave, while Tottenham will accept reasonable offers for Dele Alli, and Tanguy Ndombele can go should a realistic proposal come across their table.

Steven Bergwijn has been linked to a possible exit, but the report reveals that Conte would like to hold onto the 24-year-old.
