Lucas Moura was one of the key players as Tottenham earned a 2-0 win over Aston Villa yesterday to end a poor run of form.
The Lilywhites were beaten by Arsenal last week and got dumped out of the Europa League on Thursday.
Villa has had a good season and posed another serious threat to Spurs, but they got all the points against Dean Smith’s men.
Goals from Carlos Vinicius and Harry Kane were enough to give Tottenham the win, however, Moura was involved in most of the great things that happened including supplying the assist for the initial goal.
After the game, the Brazilian recorded a video thanking the fans for their support and also admitted that it was a tough week for them.
He added that he was happy that they did well and got a win and their intention now is to keep going this way and to keep performing well.
