Newcastle United have been urged to make a move for the Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in January or at the end of the season.
The 29-year-old is one of the best players in the world and popular pundit Don Hutchison has claimed that Newcastle should look to bring him in.
Kane has been in outstanding form for Tottenham this season and he has 14 goals and three assists to his name across all competitions.
Newcastle could certainly use a top-class player like him as they look to build a formidable squad capable of challenging for the major honours.

The Magpies are one of the richest clubs in the world and they will be hoping to return to their former glories soon. Kane could be the ideal spearhead for their project but it remains to be seen whether Tottenham are prepared to sanction his departure in the near future.
The player has a contract with the London club until the summer of 2024 and Tottenham could be under pressure to consider a sale if he refuses to sign an extension with them at the end of the season.
Tottenham have certainly improved since the arrival of Antonio Conte but they are still not at the level required to challenge for the Premier League title.
Meanwhile, the Italian manager will be out of contract in the summer and it will be interesting to see if Spurs can convince him to commit his long-term future to the club.
The departure of a world-class manager like him could send out a wrong statement to the players and Kane might consider his long-term future at the club if Conte leaves.
Similarly, Conte will not want to lose a player of Kane’s caliber if he is planning to stay for the long term.
It will be interesting to see how the situation develops over the next few months.
It is certain that Tottenham will not entertain any offers for their key striker midway through the campaign and therefore Newcastle would have to wait under the summer transfer window to stand any chance of signing the England international if they are truly interested in him.
