Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keeping a close watch on Celtic forward Daizen Maeda, according to TeamTalk.
Manager Ange Postecoglou, who previously managed Celtic, is said to be monitoring the Japanese international.
Spurs made a number of signings in the summer. They signed James Maddison, Brennan Johnson and Manor Solomon to bolster the attack while also made Kulusevski’s loan signing permanent.
But having lost Harry Kane in the summer Ange will be looking to add another striker to the squad.
Daizen Maeda, known for his versatility as he can play on both the left and right sides of the attack, has a close connection to Postecoglou due to the manager’s time at Celtic.
Maeda has been a key contributor to Celtic’s success, with 19 goals and 13 assists in 76 appearances across all competitions.
He helped the team secure multiple titles including the Scottish Premier League, Scottish Cup, and Scottish League Cup.
The report claims that he will cost Spurs around £25m.
