Pochettino’s Win Ratio Slashed by 50%+ in 9mths: Spurs look Irreversibly Doomed

Lies, damned lies and statistics they say. Well try talking your way out of this avalanche of a collapse in form.

There isn’t anything that even vaguely suggests hope in any of these numbers (courtesy of Sky Sports) from yesterday’s Monday Night Football.

Tottenham are playing ropey football, getting beaten by bottom feeding muck and – one has to add – charging fans through the eyeballs to watch this fail from grace.

The pompous spin from the club – as this blog predicted endlessly, had failed to pan out. What a shocker.

Levy Von Clownstick gave up trying to build a football side and decided to knock down a perfectly serviceable stadium, in order to build a Shopping Stadium, with an NFL pitch in it.

This architectural wet dream was then filled with an unhealthy cocktail tourists and actual football fans.

Watford fans sang, “is this the Emirates?”, but Spurs fans hadn’t lost their voices entirely, and at half-time Tottenham booed Tottenham off the pitch.

Maybe I’m wrong. I hope I am wrong, but whatever this is, it looks to be over.

I know the lad is popular with fans but for me Danny boy is the bad apple that started the rot amongst the players. He has never come to terms with seeing Walker go to City when he expected all the top clubs to be queuing up for his signature, which never happened. Ever since he’s been in a strop whinging in the media about how he sees himself as a top player not getting what he deserves. Any other top club would have shown him the door, but not Levy. The new contract for Sissoko is without doubt ridiculous, a player of his limited ability named as player of the year makes me cringe, so I wonder how much input Poch has with players he wants to keep and those he does not, here are two that fit into that equation.

It’s true Sissoko had improved. But let’s be honest he still ain’t that great. One has to wonder why he was given such an extension.

If I were DR I’d be thinking hang on I’ve been one of the squads best performers longest serving too and get diddly squat.

I think if you did a poll of who should have got the contract extension DR would win it hands down.

Poch and Levy’s man management does leave a lot to be desired at times. Hence why we are where we are.

It’s a sure sign of the problems we have when Sissoko has become a key member of Poch’s squad. No wonder he said he was very happy to sign the new contract.
Marbella below is correct.I posted the same thing earlier and it’s disappeared too.

I think you have a problem with the system. Comments disappear from the blog very quickly after being posted.
