Pictures from Turf Moor indicate weather that will hopefully spur Conte’s boys on

By The Boy -

Spurs are away to Burnley this afternoon and the weather up there has been pretty inclement, with moderate snowfall. As can be seen, ground staff have had to get the snow scoopers out.

The good news is that the Met Office forecast is that the chances of snow should consistently fall throughout the time that the game is underway.

The threat of the game being abandoned looks remote, however, the temperature will be a sharp ‘feels like’ minus zero. Which hopefully spurs our lot into life!

Will suit Burnley, our lot need mollycoddling so they will not enjoy a bit of hard weather. Dele’s dreadlocks will freeze in an upright position, though I hope that is just warming up and he doesn’t get on the pitch. Lo NoShow will spend 90 minutes falling over.

With this weather we need warriors not fancy dans – no glove wearers – this will be strongest man wins.
