There’s chatter that Harry Kane is now prepared to abandon his plans to leave Tottenham after the arrival of Antonio Conte as manager.
The England international’s future has been in some doubt for a while now, leading to plenty of speculation over the summer that ultimately didn’t amount to anything, even if he did skip a few training sessions just before the start of the season.
Kane’s form since then has been pretty non-existent, so you can understand that fans don’t exactly seem that bowled over by the news about his decision on his future.
Conte should be a huge upgrade on Nuno Espirito Santo, so perhaps Kane will soon be back to firing the goals in again, but for the time being it’s perhaps a bit rich of him to expect anyone will still want him after just one goal in the Premier League so far this season.
