Nagelsmann early favourite to be next Spurs boss; Brendan Rodgers 7/1

By The Boy -

JULIAN NAGELSMANN IS THE EARLY FAVOURITE with Ladbrokes to replace Jose Mourinho at Tottenham Hotspur.

Following Mourinho’s shock dismissal this morning, the bookies have priced up his most likely replacement, and as things stand it’s Nagelsmann who leads the way at 3/1.

Elsewhere, it’s bad news for Leicester fans, with Brendan Rodgers priced at 7/1 to take over the North London outfit, while Max Allegri and Nuno Espirito Santo are 10/1 apiece.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told The Boy: “Mourinho’s been sent packing and it’s Nagelsmann who is the most likely name to step in and replace the Special One at Spurs, although Brendan Rodgers is currently sitting as second-favourite, worryingly for Leicester supporters.

He’s hardly been years.. And his first season he arrived half way through, and amidst Covid.. After all hes won he deserved more time and a chance to bring some more of his players in.. Its Levy who calls the shots mate, he’s the chairman, not Joe. Joe isn’t involved in the running of the club, same as all his other ventures. He pays people to do it for him.

Why is Bielsa not mentioned on this list, sure he’s only contracted until the end of the season.

If there was any accountability at the club he would have gone years ago. However he only answers to Uncle Joe who doesn’t give a monkeys about the club and lives 5000 miles away

Ralf Rangnick might be a slightly leftfield choice. Free agent and a father of gegenpress.
He studied in England and played amateur football here so should understand the english mentality.

If Nagelsmann has any sense he’ll take the Bayern job.

6 days before the final.. I would say disgusting yes.. There are always loads of fans with divided opinions.. But his treatment of managers and players have been disgusting.. His attempt to break away into this super league is disgusting.. His bald shiny head also disgusts me.

I agree, but fan pressure has to come into it. Has there ever been a manager let go from Spurs that was a complete surprise or wasn’t welcomed by a section of Spurs fans?

For weeks some of our fans have been calling for Levy to pull the trigger and criticising him for not having a break clause in Mourinhos contract. Now he’s a disgusting chairman for sacking him?
