My Plausible XI lineup board for Forest would repeat Conte’s wise decision against Wolves

By The Boy -

Forest, away it is, and we’re the 430pm kick-off. The bookies have Tottenham and heavy favourites, but for me, as much as winning it would be nice if we were less painful to watch.

Those suffering from José Mourinho Derangement Syndrome only appear when the great man himself open to a sucker-punch, yet Antonio Conte’s football at Spurs has been indistinguishable from that of the Portuguese.

With Forest netting in each of their last 11 consecutive home league games, we could be in for a goal fest, especially if one factor in the absence of our best centre-back in Cristian Romero.

Conte dropped Ryan Sessegnon against Wolves, and I’d be delighted to see the boy on the bench again later this afternoon. Ivan Perišić is a far superior player and as fit as a fiddle. We want more!

As far as predictions go, I expect Spurs to win this, perhaps by two clear goals, so it’s 1-3 from me. What do you think the result at the City Ground will be?

I would have thought that Son would be dropped to the bench but listening to Conte’s presser I don’t see him dropping him so maybe Kulu will be the one to pay the price for the slow starts.

And I see Wolves are ahead at Newcastle so maybe last week’s result was better than first thought.

Richi’s a good shout. Both Kulu & Sin have been poor so one of them had to drop

Away games tend to draw out the swords quicker. I want someone to score from a set – piece. As far as predictions go, I’ll go for an away win but not without incident on or off the pitch. Oh yea Dier to stop pointing and the French man to leave not his concrete boots on the bus. Now back to Gimmie all your loving solo.

Nah. Go with the personel apart from Bissouma for one of the mids. But Ricky up top with Super H dropping into the ten from a defensively strong right side or snaffling up beautiful perisic cross balls on the right of the box.

A big call to drop Kulu , but understandable if it happens and are you weakening on the Royal front ?? I didn’t think he was a player you trusted ??
The Line – up will be very interesting …………….
