…. And to be fair, I don’t blame the gaffer for waiting to see what the physios come back with. Watching the game, this injury was forced by the weight of an Everton player Harry Kane’s lower leg, causing Harry to roll his ankle.
On an upbeat note, this allowed Kane to walk off with a mild limp as in itself, this isn’t a hugely serious injury – but by the same token – what is pivotal here is how bad the swelling and subsequent bruising becomes.
It won’t take much for this to go from an inconsequential tweak to being something that could cause the England captain to be pretty vulnerable should he play against City in the final.
I’m sure my next comment will upset a few …
I think it’s highly possible that Harry Kane has scored his last goals for Spurs. Indeed, I’d go as far as to say Harry Kane has played his last game for Spurs.
Maybe we will get thrown out of the Premier League, solves one problem.
Will be dreadful bad luck for Harry if he isn’t fit. If one person deserves a medal this season, it’s our boy. Fingers crossed it’s all ok.
