Tottenham Hotspur’s young talent, Mikey Moore, once again demonstrated his extraordinary potential, this time with a stunning solo goal for England’s U19s in their 4-1 victory over the Netherlands.

The 17-year-old winger has been turning heads on the international stage, and his latest contribution further solidifies his reputation as one of Europe’s promising prospects.

Moore came off the bench in the 65th minute and capped his performance with a remarkable goal in stoppage time. Picking up the ball in midfield, he showcased his composure and skill by dribbling past a few Dutch defenders with ease, before finishing calmly with his left foot.

The teenager’s ability to navigate through opposition players and his confident finish highlighted his advanced footballing intelligence, especially given he’s playing two years above his age group.

Mikey Moore’s impressive form

This goal marked Moore’s first for England’s U19s since moving up from the U17s, where he scored an impressive 10 goals in 12 appearances. His seamless transition between age groups highlights his potential to become a generational player.

At the club level, Moore has also been making strides. After signing his first professional contract with Tottenham in August, he made his European debut in a 3-0 win against Qarabağ FK in the UEFA Europa League.

Shortly after, he earned his first senior start in a 2-1 victory over Ferencváros, with manager Ange Postecoglou praising his impact and performance.

As Moore continues to develop both for Spurs and England, his future looks incredibly bright, with many expecting him to be a key player for both club and country in the years to come.
