“Maybe Kane has some integrity” Not everyone convinced by Kane to Man City

It was inevitable that the future of Harry Kane would be back in the spotlight after Tottenham’s defeat to Man City in the Carabao Cup final yesterday.

In fact, one of the very few teams on the planet that could actually afford to sign Kane is the state-owned Citizens, however, not everyone is convinced that the England captain would join the Arab playthings.

Telegraph journalist James Ducker stuck up a tweet claiming that Kane must be desperate to follow Kyle Walker to the Etihad after he left Spurs at the same age what Kane is now.

If Northern based Ducker thought that his very arrogant tweet would be universally welcomed then he was sorely mistaken.

This is the problem with journalists based in the bubble surrounding City, they actually think that they are an admired team when the general consensus is that they are not, if anything they are despised for the way they buy success and distort the game we all love.

Below are just a few of the responses that Ducker’s tweet got, maybe next time he will reflect on his unbalanced view of City and all that they have achieved/bought.

It is also very noticeable that these responses are from football fans in general and not just Spurs.
