A report from the Mirror claims that Sheikh Jassim could now switch his attention towards another Premier League club, Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham have an excellent project at their disposal and Qatari investment could propel them to a whole new level. Daniel Levy has often been blamed for the lack of ambition in the transfer market and Sheikh Jassim could certainly fund top-class transfers if he takes over at the London club.
Tottenham have not won a trophy for quite some time and new investment in the club could help them put together a formidable squad capable of winning major trophies.
