Didn’t realise Dele was Dier’s playmate and dicking about all the time, just thought they were good friends. Which is good no?
We need togetherness, if Dier and Dele are tight I don’t see that as a problem. Make them Spurs legends I say, loyal and fierce for the Tottinghams…

Meant dier may take up tangangas centre back place and him leaving might stop Dele playing around (too much) at the training ground. Maybe not so much the latter but he could hold tanganga back
Don’t understand that at all. Dele is an offensive player and Dier is defensive, why would Dier leaving help Dele in any way shape or form. Dunno why he would hold Tanganga back either, why?
As far as a youngster like Tanganga is concerned, you have to consider that it’s likely that Toby and Jan will be gone next season so opportunities are opening up in those positions. If they leave then we only have Sanchez, Dier and Foyth as our central defenders and you need four options, two first choices and two trying to get a game. If Tanganga is good enough he’ll get his chance.
Dier was already a regular in the Sporting Lisbon back four at 19 years old before he came. He’s better than a squad player, he’s been ill for about a year after a burst appendix but a quality defensive player. Dier is going to be important to us over the next few seasons…
Dier gonna hold tanganga back. I know he’s a good squad utility player but I want him gone sort of. Him leaving could also help Dele focus more.

LoCelso, Foyth, Sanchez, Dier Tanguy need to be starting from now on if fit. Possibly use either Verts or Toby in place of either Dier or Sanchez if either are out or not playing well.
I think the defence will include Toby and Aurier this weekend. I wouldn’t use Aurier in away games again if was up to me. Might get away with it at home but under pressure defensively he loses the plot…
