Surely Levy Must Be Fuming As Mourinho’s Relationship With Kane Continues To Blossom

link

Sacking José Mourinho was a rash decision by anyone’s standards, as exhibited by the 70-plus days delay that Daniel Levy experienced before he was able to appoint a replacement. Clearly, the world-class facilities were less of a pull than ENIC might have envisaged. Ultimately, an out-of-work coach let go by his previous side, was the one to agree on terms, when many others had failed to.

The news that Mourinho and Kane are pals and in contact with each other is unlikely to sit well with the Spurs supremo, especially when Kane revealed that he has no plans to speak with Nuno until after he has enjoyed a well-earned break after this summer’s Euro tournament.

The idea that Harry is unable to take a call from the new Spurs gaffer is frankly laughable. He’s a footballer, not a pilot flying in and out of war zones.

It is also peculiar that some fans view Harry as being ultra-competitive for his country, yet content to potter about not winning anything – indefinitely – for his club!

Some truth in that, Lineker seemed to thrive in the biggest of games for Barca, Spurs and England.

Jeff’s right though.. He wasn’t match fit for the CL you’re right. But Kane also went missing in two league cup finals when he was fully fit and firing… Drogba would have scored in them all.

Can’t understand why he’d stay at tottenham? I can’t understand why you still support tottenham.

Great point!!! it is the first I have seem Kane looking healthy for a game that means everything. You ruin your point by not dropping a Levy line in there. 😆 I had England from day one, due to many family members in London.

That’s one muggy comment that that is.

He was clearly unfit in the CL final and only in recent games have England started to play balls in areas where Kane earns his salary and reputation.

Only Charlton who’s above him in the all time scoring records have played in a Euro or W/C final as for the others we’ll never know how well or otherwise they’d of done.

HK has it within his grasp to become England’s all time best and here you are slating the guy before he’s kicked a ball in the country’s first cup final in 55 years.

Unbelievable Jeff

Fourth time lucky.. Fingers and toes crossed he will step up.. Italian defence is rock solid so no easy feat.. The best players turn up in the big games and Kane still has to prove this.

Will Kane show up on Sunday. He has failed to deliver at his previous cup finals. That is why Spurs failed to win a trophy.

Having experienced playing football at the highest levels with some of the best players in Europe can anyone truly believe he will want to play under an ex Wolves boss who ended up 16th in the EPL with a chairman like Levy and owners like ENIC. What I am struggling to believe also is that Son wants to stay, Son is 29 years old and I simply cannot understand why he would want to stay any longer.Mind you he has yet to sign his new deal I believe so what is stopping him i wonder.

In the mind of our Spurs supremo (or toady Bond villian) he is a great boss to work for and cannot understand why he gets such bad press.

Never made a bad decision in his life, first rate businessman.

Two adjectives which spring to mind are narcissist & delusional

Kane and especially England should thank Mourinho for putting Harry right now he’s scoring again.
