Latest Shirt Leak Is Literally Mustard. It’s Mustard.

By The Boy -

Here she is folks. The only thing missing is Del Trotter with his arm around the shirt saying, ‘Chin up, Mr Chin’.

This beautiful garment effortlessly captures the look of recycled net curtains from an old people’s home. The contrast print is in a tonal shade of cold builder’s tea.

This shirt hit the stores this week in Indonesia, and the only alarming element to the picture is the news that Crocs are still being openly sold in some parts of the world.

This image also surfaced in the last day or two and I think we can safely say this is fake.

The crest was said to be a nod to protecting the cockerel on the ball while Tottenham were technically homeless during the demolition of White Hart Lane and the building of the shopping centre.

The pattern itself looks like a 3D printer that went on the fritz while making a big Lego type thing.

I can’t help but think that even though it’s a fake, our players would look good in that bottom shirt playing in Europe. I would buy one

Levy (and his proud record of being the FIRST EVER Spurs chairman to put red on a Spurs shirt) can fuck off.

There was red on the shirt long ago, badge itself was red – 1883. From 1890-95 the entire shirt was red.

Some of us haven’t been desensitised to the red logo, Levy could broker a deal with someone without red in their logo or only agree it if the red goes. But sadly the heritage of the club and emotional things like winning things, local rivals colours should never be near the home shirt and such like mean nothing to him.

The red logo represents everything ENIC stand for; taking the piss out of the fans…

Contempt for the fans, contempt for the club. But maximal respect for the sensibilities of banksters and financial predators.

Yuk. The yellow peril. Is this in sympathy with the lack of courage little baldy shows in the transfer market?
The bottom one looks like he walked under a ladder and the painter above spilt blue paint over him, wrong shade of blue for us though.

The bottom one isn’t bad, but that yellow rig is horrendous. Enough with these vomit inducing away kits, can we please just go back to the light blue? Even that half & half grey thing from Bale’s last season wasn’t this bad.

I love the top one its getting closer to the pure Lilywhite that we love. We all know our sponsors want their logo red and they’re paying the money so it’s red, so just dreaming here but if that AIA logo was Spurs blue that would be a really nice shirt.

Just wanted to add an extra twopenneth to the discussion about Kane, his form and the decision to play him in the CL Final.

Personally I’d have had him on the bench; the treat of him coming on would have pressed on Klopp’s tactical plan and bringing him on would have created a re-shuffle that might have been exploited.

However I did then consider that his presence may have been tactical in that he was played to neutralise van Dijk; effectively leaving it as 10 against 10. Poch might have fancied Son, Eriksen, Alli or Moura to be able to get through a Dipper’s defence without their key figure. Whether that was a success or not we’ll never know because the above named didn’t turn up!

It also occurred to me that maybe Kane has a “play if fit” clause in his deal – especially if there are performance bonuses.

Clearly though he and some others (Toby has noted he played 65 games last term) do need some respite especially with the increasing pressure of Internationals with the World and European bodies trying to cash in with more and more Bullshit fixtures: why is the likes of Harry Kane playing against the bloody Faroe Islands or Lichtenstein????? A cap used to mean something but it’s now it’s a bit like getting a chest full of medals for going to war against Kiribati!

Our only real option is to get squad support for him and rotate him out to keep him (and others) fit for the more challenging fixtures, but the problem may be Harry himself! In the fight to win caps and score goals (and these are the benchmarks) all the top forwards need to pick up the odd hat trick against a Fulham or Swansea or whoever, to keep their scores up.

Jimmy Greaves scored international 44 goals in 56 games, but the likes of Rooney will get more plaudits because he scored more despite them being against minnows. It’s all about the numbers.

Kane didn’t turn up but the element that really failed to turn up was Liverpool, but fortunately for them the garbage rules on handball in the box and VAR did turn up. It’s easier to defend than attack well when you haven’t played a game for three weeks. It fell into their laps, we was robbed…

And another week is nearly over. Yet the pr machine is distracting the good folks who frequent n17 with shirts and tours. For anyone not up with the news this is how it is. That twat was given a godsend with the final being 3 weeks after the season finished. That’s 3 weeks he can stay away from the chequebook. Put out some speculation while season tickets are up for grabs. Standard operating procedure. Now we are entering the time where things do need to happen. But they ain’t. This is not by accident. He deliberately drags these things out in the hope others come in and gazump him. I’ve just read that poch is equally to blame should nothing happen. What absolute tosh. There’s one man in charge of transfers there, check rednapp comments as to his wishes and what he actually got. Sessegnon. Could conceivably end up at Palace now. 3 years we been sniffing round hoping that the moon moves into aquarius in time for a 3m deal. Its a fucking farce and there’s only one piece of shit to blame, because he’s the one that is making money disappear like houdini on crack. Fuck off enic
