Kyle Walker-Peters has recalled how Jonjo Shelvey tried to unsettle him prior to his Tottenham debut against Newcastle.

The 23-year-old made his Spurs bow on the opening day of the 2017-18 Premier League season and admitted to some pre-match nerves which were not helped by Shelvey’s mind games in the tunnel.
KWP would have the last laugh, as he kept a clean sheet and was named man of the match, whilst Shelvey was sent off in a 2-0 Spurs win.
