Kane gets a mention from rival manager for being a good example to England teammate

Harry Kane has been a reliable professional for much of his footballing life and the Tottenham striker is one player that can be looked upon with respect by the younger generations.

Despite being one of the most popular and highly paid professionals, Kane has maintained a level head as he just gets on with the job that he is paid to do.

His reliable and respectful image is one of the reasons why he has been considered a role model and leader in the current England national team as well as at Tottenham.

He already captains the Three Lions and he leads by example all the time with his consistent goalscoring.

One of his international teammates is West Ham’s Declan Rice who has also emerged as one of the top talents in the English game.

The former Chelsea trainee was in fine form in the last international window and his club manager, David Moyes has praised the influence of Kane in his continuous development.

During his pre-match press conference, he said via Football London: “The big thing is that he is improving. He is learning an awful lot. His performance for England the other night was exceptional. His performance was so good. He is picking up from good people like Mark Noble, Harry Kane, I think for Declan it is continuing to learn and seeing what good practice looks like. We are trying to get him to take more responsibility.”
