Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.
The 27-year-old Slovakian international defender is nearing the end of his contract at the Italian club and he has chosen not to sign an extension.
According to Rudy Galetti, Skriniar is at the top of Tottenham’s transfer wishlist as the Londoners look to add more quality to their defensive unit.
The 27-year-old is certainly one of the best defenders in the Italian league and he has the quality to make an immediate impact in the Premier League as well.

Antonio Conte needs to bring in a quality defensive partner for Cristian Romero and the 27-year-old Slovakian certainly fits the profile.
The Inter Milan defender is at the peak of his powers right now and he will want to join a club capable of challenging for major trophies. The opportunity to reunite with manager Antonio Conte is likely to be an attractive proposition as well.
Given the fact that the player could be signed on a free transfer at the end of the season, Tottenham should do everything in their power to secure his services.
