Jose Mourinho reminding the press that he always dominated Arsene Wenger triggers the Frenchman

Arsene Wenger has described Jose Mourinho as childish after the Tottenham manager claims that he didn’t appear in the Frenchman’s Autobiography because the former Arsenal boss never beat him.

The former Arsenal manager released ‘My Life in Red and White’ recently, and in the book he never made mention of Mourinho despite their intense rivalry.

They rarely saw eye to eye from 2004 to 2018 and every time that they had to face each other, it was a match to watch.

Mourinho was asked why he thought Wenger didn’t mention him in his book, and the Special One claimed it was because the Frenchman never beat him.

However, Wenger stated he beat Mourinho twice and the Frenchman has now claimed that exchanging words with Mourinho feels like being in kindergarten.

Wenger told Canal+ on Sunday as cited by the Mail: ‘It doesn’t bother me. It is permanent provocation. I feel like I’m in kindergarten with him. But, that’s part of his personality.

‘It’s wrong, we beat him twice. We won, and there were also a lot of draws. And it is not ‘you’ who wins, you only participate in the victory.

‘It is “us” who win. The manager is there to get the most out of a team.’

Mourinho is a manager that isn’t shy about responding to talk like this and the Portuguese manager will likely respond, the back and forth between the pair is almost certain to continue.
