Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has already reunited with one former player during his time at Inter Milan. The Italian tactician could be looking to connect with another ex-player from his time with the Serie A side, Hakan Calhanoglu.
According to Calciomercato Web, Calhanoglu isn’t happy with his current situation and could be looking for a way out. Perhaps heading to the Premier League could be in the cards.
Regarding a possible transfer fee, the Italian media outlet could put players on the table as part of an exchange. For example, the north London club could put Davinson Sanchez or Giovani Lo Celso, who practically plays the same role as Calhanoglu.
Sanchez, in particular, could be a desirable profile for Inter Milan, who are looking for central defenders given what is going on with the depth at the position on the squad with the probable departures of Milan Skriniar and the possible farewell of Stefan de Vrij whose deal expires in 2023.
The so called source article states nothing of his unhappines and wanting to leave. Thus, question remains.
Perhaps read the source article?
Where on Earth did you, as a reporter, found that Hakan is not happy at Inter and wants to move? While you are at it, when did Conte leave and when did Hakan join, for you to say that the two should reunite?
