Intermediaries working on Tottenham player’s transfer, €30m would get deal done

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has been linked with a move away from the club in recent months.

He was expected to leave the club during the summer transfer window but the move never materialised.

It appears that Italian giants Juventus are keen on signing the player during the January transfer window and intermediaries are currently working on the transfer as per reports via SportWitness.

The 28-year-old was a key player for Tottenham under Antonio Conte but he has fallen out of favour since the arrival of Ange Postecoglou. The Australian believes that the Denmark international is not a good fit for his style of play and therefore Tottenham are ready to cash in on him.

It will be interesting to see if Spurs decide to invest in a new central midfielder when the window reopens. Selling unwanted players certainly makes sense and the North London outfit will be hoping to recoup a fee of around €30 million for him

The 28-year-old midfielder has proven himself in the Premier League over the years and he is certainly good enough to play for top clubs like Juventus. He has been linked with Spanish club Atletico Madrid as well.

It remains to be seen where he ends up eventually.

The Denmark international will look to get his career back on track with regular football and an exit from Tottenham midway through the season would be ideal for all parties.
