Renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano yesterday confirmed that the club is on the brink of securing a promising talent, Croatian center-back Luka Vuskovic.

Due to Vuskovic’s young age, he is expected to remain with his current club, Hajduk, until he turns 18, allowing him to continue his development before joining Tottenham.

This projected move is set to take place in the summer of 2025.

The Croatian wonderkid Luka Vuskovic has been a standout performer for Hajduk Split and is highly regarded for his defensive prowess and ball-playing abilities.

The report from Tportal claims that Luka Vuskovic to Tottenham opens the door for Ivan Perisic to Hajduk with the move becoming ‘increasingly realistic’.

The report indicates that Tottenham have agreed a €12m deal for the young Croatian central defender after deducting the value of Ivan Perisic.

The 34-year-old, who boasts a wealth of experience playing for prestigious clubs like Inter Milan and Bayern Munich is set to make an emotional return to his homeland.

He will become a Hajduk player in the first days of the January transfer window.

The versatile player joined Tottenham last summer on a free transfer from Inter Milan, during the tenure of former manager Antonio Conte.

Perisic had a decent stint at Spurs. He made 44 appearances across all competitions last season, scored one goal and providing 12 assists.

He was linked with a move away from Spurs all summer and while he did not leave this transfer window, he is now expected to leave in January.
