“Horrid” Tottenham fans react to a leaked picture of the new team shirt (with image)

By Bruce Grove -

Tottenham fans have taken to Social media to give their reaction to a leaked picture of the supposed new Tottenham kit.

It has to be said that the majority of the reactions have not been positive and not everyone is convinced that it is the real thing anyway.

The latest image comes from the Twitter account Lilywhite_Rose and to date, there have been well over 200 responses giving their reactions.

This is the picture posted up by Lilywhite Rose

And this is just a taste of what has been expressed in reaction to that image.

And on it went. There was the occasional positive reaction but they were in a tiny minority, the overwhelming responses were pure negativity.

Let us know in the comments below what you think of the leaked kit image.

I agree with Levy and ENIC out, bloody timewasters.

Yes but Spurs play in blue and white and always have done. It’s typical that ENIC are the first owners we’ve ever had to put red of all colours on the shirt.

This is one of many things that ENIC have made the new ‘normal’ at Spurs. Along with their pathetic wage structure and management of the fans expectations, one League Cup in 20 years… the list goes on.

ENIC OUT.

Red and White is the colour of the English flag so is it’s patriotic at least.

I don’t mind it tbh. At least it’s different from all the other very samey plain white shirts.

Given that a plain white shirt is difficult to work with I’m not impressed, it’s not lilywhite that’s for sure. But as fans will buy it anyway Nike won’t be bothered. The purity of the shirts from the sixties and seventies will never be equalled.

Any spurs shirt dominated by huge meaningless red letters is going to look ridiculous. There is no counter argument.

Foul, disgusting, disgraceful and disrespectful to the club’s heritage. Will go down as one of the worst home shirts ANY top flight club has ever had.

Our Nike kits look either bland and cheap or horribly designed and cheap. The blue away one and the retro sky blue one of last season has been as good as it’s got. Generally Nike have done a $hit job.

They should stick to other sports and only do football boots if they have to. People used to slag off the Pony kits but overall I reckon they did a better job than Nike.

This is an ENIC shirt, not a Spurs shirt…

If that’s real it has to be the worst home shirt in the club’s history. As if ENIC being the first Spurs owners ever to put red on the shirt wasn’t bad enough, now the white shirt isn’t even white anymore?! Who are these people?

These people are just shameless, cheap skate con men and aren’t good enough for this great cub…

ENIC OUT.

Can’t wait for it to start, sounds Harry Kane thinks we can lose the first game and the derby and still make the UCL.
