Here We Go: Inter Ready To Deal With Spurs This Winter £45M Figure Mooted

Fabrizio Romano’s Here We Go podcast (£) believes that Inter are ready to do business this January and sell Milan Skriniar to Tottenham.

The Slovakia international could well be just the long-term answer to José Mourinho’s defensive niggles which began with question marks over Davinson Sanchez began to emerge. Which is why Spurs were in touch with the Italian giants back in the summer.

There are two additional factors to consider. One is that Toby Alderweireld isn’t getting any younger. Let’s not get distracted by his current injury by the way, he’s already back in training and some ‘journalists’ are trying to project his situation to be in immediate decline. I’ll take my advice from physios, if it;’s all the same with you. The second is that Joe Rodon, who ‘impressed in training’ didn’t impress against Chelsea. The mistakes were fortunate not to lead to goals.

Given the chaotic nature of Tottenham’s finances, one would imagine that the sale of Dele Alli would be necessitated if Spurs were to pull £45million out of the hat. Watch this space is my advice. Romano is the business.
