LADBROKES HAVE REVEALED THE MOST LIKELY names to replace Sergio Aguero as Man City’s number 10.

With the Argentine set to leave the Etihad this summer, the bookies make Erling Haaland 11/8 for a big-money move, with Lionel Messi just behind at 7/4 to replace his compatriot.

Elsewhere, 3/1 says City strike a deal for Harry Kane, with Kylian Mbappe and Romelu Lukaku 8/1 apiece to sign before the end of the summer transfer window.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told harry Hotspur: “Don’t be surprised to see City spend big on an Aguero replacement this summer, with Haaland and Messi currently looking the most likely forwards to come in.”

Auguero has a choice. We wouldn’t even be close. Thank Levy for that.

Kane is the best forward in the world. Without that lack of glamor, Spurs are an irrelevance.

He’d see it as a coup… Not unlike signing Jose. Big name in to paper over the chasm

Best striker in the league, assist machine, England captain, man who had his pick of the world’s top clubs and chose City to win the trophies he deserves? I think that’s glamour plenty.

Messi won’t fancy coming to the PL at his age – with the new president, I suppose he stays at Barca. Haaland is the only other possibility, I think.

I think we have already filled our “injury prone Argentine” quota.

An expensive older star player who has been out injured often and hasn’t played much recently? No vacancies there either…

I still dont think he fits the profile. I think City want the new big glamour signing, thats isnt Harry.

Also I maintain, that Levy CANNOT sell Kane and Son in the same window, and if anyone’s going its Sonny.

A swap deal perhaps… after all Aguero has PL pedigree 😋

Citeh can offer whatever it takes for any player, but IF Kane goes, I would make Aguero as part of the deal.

Messi? That won’t happen. He didn’t fancy testing himself in a competetive league in his prime, he certainly won’t now and who’s going to pay big money for him now he’s past it?? Although the Prem is no longer competetive really….

Wouldn’t be surprised if City bring in two strikers.
And I don’t think Kane leaves this summer.
