Harry Kane could be heading off to Manchester City for a Premier League-record transfer fee

The Harry Kane saga regarding a possible departure from Tottenham Hotspur appears to be reaching its end with the 27-year-old heading leaving the London-based club.

First, the source of this information is The Sun so take it with a grain of salt when it comes to accuracy.

Nonetheless, the tabloid newspaper reports that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has agreed to let Kane join Manchester City for what would be a Premier League-record £160-million transfer.

The Sun adds that Kane’s brother and agent, Charlie Kane, shared the news with family at his wedding last weekend over the possible move for the Tottenham forward.

Furthermore, Kane will be earning an eye-popping £400,000 weekly salary with Manchester City. It will either be a four or five-year contract with Pep Guardiola’s squad regarding the possible length.

We’ll see if the report of Kane’s agent spilling the beans of a possible move is true, but The Sun does also cite a source close to the club who states that it’s a good signing for both parties.
