I like the picture with Bale giving Son advice – very amusing, Harry.

Nobody had the balls to leave a boot in when it was needed early on.Gotta set the tone early when you’re the underdog. Aurier is an absolute joke of a footballer, absolutely no footballing intelligence. If Sterling had any end product we’d have been taken to the cleaners.

Winks in from the cold, presumably because he’s Ryan’s mate, but really, when the choice is Winks, Sissoko or NDombele then you need the other lot to be on an off day. Lo Celso gone right down hill, frequently makes wrong decisions and is turning into a bit of a Lamela Mk II. And please… don’t even get me started at how many times we were passing backwards – I haven’t shouted at my TV screen this much in quite some time.

The only silver lining is Toby and Eric, love em or hate em, them 2 plus Hugo held out of 80 minutes or so, they must play all the remaining games now.

Its the hope that kills you – 82 minutes and your start to think… maybe we can nick it. Part of me is glad we didn’t. These bellends don’t deserve it – especially Levy – except for the obvious ones that actually care, we all know who they are. I feel more sorry for them than I do for the fans, we just watch the odd game, they are wasting their careers.

The irony is, I have my knickers in a twist and it’s the poxy league cup, none of the other “big clubs” even give a monkeys about it.

Will take 3 years and £200-300m (and someone that knows how to spend it) to turn this shizer-show around, and we all know that aint happening, I think we are going to have to learn to be happy just north of mid-table for the foreseeable future, and just hope we don’t slide into the sort of descent that we are all amused our friends in red and white are experiencing.

Agreed we were always going to need a bit of magic or a goal out of nothing given that City were going to own the ball. Bale gives you that hope.

With all due respect to Ryan..should Levy really have put him straight into a cup final and a push for top 4…how is that helping his development – thrown in the deep end with no thought of repercussions

even the few things ENIC get right, Modders, Bale etc they manage to fukc up, Bale should never have come back, they’ve even ruined that legacy for me!!!!!!
