Erik ten Hag 9/2 to be SACKED before the end of next season

By The Boy -

ERIK TEN HAG MAY NOT make it through a whole season at Old Trafford, according to the latest odds from Ladbrokes. Despite being announced as Manchester United’s next permanent manager on Thursday morning, the bookies have already priced what his future at the club might look like – and he’s significantly more likely to be sacked next season (9/2) than he is to win a Premier League title with the Red Devils (7/1).

Elsewhere, 16/1 says United cause the mightiest of upsets and win the title NEXT SEASON. Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said:

“Man United chiefs may as well start the search for Erik ten Hag’s replacement if the latest odds are anything to go by, with a 2022/23 sacking seemingly on the cards.”

It’s a free hit for ten Hag, nobody really blames United managers anymore, the rot just like Spurs is at board level and in the dressing room.

Football wise everyone says he’s a top coach and tactician and he’ll need all those skills. United’s back up goalkeeper is on £125,000 a year, maybe plays five times a season.

Utd will win the title in next couple years. Thought it’d be this year but got the wrong red team. City busy chucking a million point lead….I said they wouldn’t win it, if they don’t now that’ll confirm things.
I wouldn’t be shocked if scousers do domestic treble considering the year, and City are lobbed the CL for Pep.

The runes may be aligning in Levy and ENIC’s warped chalice of toxic strategy for THFC.PSG most likely to jettison serial loser Pochettino and issue a big money flavoured offer to Conte to join a club with guaranteed CL involvement and a budget to support whilst Lewis and Levy loon to avoid the investment that Conte is seeking to stay. Conte walks in the summer after yet another meeting with Levy and Paratici to determine if the club has the same ambition and desire as he does. How can many meetings with this pair does it take to determine that? That would have been the very first question asked when he joined if his appointment was a genuine attempt by this clubs owners to change the direction of travel of this football club rather than some window dressing to appease a fan base that was pointing the finger in Levy and ENIC’s direction over the Mourinho and Nuno debacle. I hope I am wrong but the stench of an ENIC move to allow Conte to walk away and allow them to usher in the return of the so called prodigal son Pochettino to act as a patsy and herald yet another “ special project” grows evermore stronger

A poisoned chalice, if ever there was one. Ten Hag is not the answer and it’s highly doubtful if he will be given the time to perform the miracle necessary to turn around such a dysfunctional club.

There is more deadwood and more malcontents at Old Trafford than one can possibly sort out in a season. It will take a couple of years to weed out both types from the club and bring in some decent quality pros to change the culture.

Does Ten Hag have the charisma, the communication skills, the coaching ability or indeed the CV and the credibility to accomplish that task? I doubt it. Seems to me more like managerial ‘cannon fodder’.

United have had a bloated and lopsided squad for years and years now – they have the money to keep buying and forget the players on high wages buried as 5th or 6th choices for their position.

Arguably they’re in a worse mess than us…but then if they get the right management those extra resources could mean they get things sorted out very quickly.

It made me laugh on the news the reporter said something like “Utd havent won a trophy for 5 years”.
Well what about 22 years?
I remember when Citeh were just “the noisy neighbours”.
See things can change chaps.
One day we may see the back of the stench that is Enic. Yes trouser your £2.5bn with pleasure just peez off. And to the blogger with the bald head who gurns at the screen saying “be careful what you wish for you could end up with Mike Ashley” I just say “LOL”
Tell me who would not be better than Lewis (I mean any party with an interest in buying a PL club not Putin or Macron or Johnson obvs).

Its been rather fun watching former players turned pundits and United supporting mates going into melt down week after week, season after season. Welcome to our world chaps, long may it continue.

At the moment Man U remind me of Spurs under Sherwood, disjointed, disaffected and demoralised.

Unless the people that run Utd are prepared to admit that the way they’ve been going about things has been a shambles, nothing will change. I think they might give this guy time to alter the culture there. Otherwise there’s absolutely no point in them going up this road with him…

Ten Hag will need at least a season to sort out the shambles that is utd. I don’t see F.Frank doing much, he won’t last.

Which doesn’t say much is the ENIC motto.

Lovely bit of headline grabbing by Ladbrokes there! That said, they need more of a clear-out than we do!

Four of those were scored by Ronaldo. Which doesn’t say much for our defence.
And I recall we didn’t get a shot on target in the 0-3 home defeat. Which doesn’t say much for our attack & midfield.
