English Super League Sides Experiencing Turbulence – Apart From Spurs

By The Boy -

As Boris Johnson contemplates what he and his Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden might be able to do to prevent the European Super League, things appear to be collapsing internally with some Premier League sides which appear to incapable of holding their lead.

Journalist Leah Smith has said contacts in a number of Premier League sides, and she understands that several of the top English sides are experiencing internal difficulties, with Manchester City and Manchester United facing particularly vociferous voices.

Chelsea and Liverpool are also thought to be not too far behind in the turmoil stakes.

Tottenham’s good name is not mentioned and this only supports the fact that since Mourinho’s rather hasty departure there is no news leaving THFC.

I take a view that this is far from unsurprising as despite what some have sought to suggest over the years, THFC is not an open forum. There is one voice and one man steering the ship.

Thank God for common sense. Common sence from the rest of football I mean, not the owners, who have been squirmed into a corner like the parasites that they are.
This whole sorry idea would have been an abomination to the sport.
The potential prize of European football denied and completely destroyed for everybody else, to line the pockets of this rabble of arrogant leeches.
I take great pleasure that the shiny-headed little weasel is heading home tonight a laughing stock, tail between his legs, reputation in tatters, and if he goes to bed and decides to re-evaluate his position at the club, and within football as as a whole, at least a modicum of good will have come of this unfathomably humongous cock-up.

That ties in with some info doing the rounds a week or so ago. It seems for the Board it was rolling over in the Europa that did it.

No just players from England, Spain, Italy, the Leagues behind this. Messi could play for Argentina, Ronaldo cold play for Portugal because their Leagues aren’t mixed up in it Germany could still play and France.

Yes indeed. Ban it all. It worked fine for years and years. Div 1, 2, 3, 4 and non league….F.A.Cup, League Cup, UEFA cup, European Cup and Cup winners Cup. Simple.

The price Levy had to pay for full board approval of the ESL was sacking Jose now. Levy wanted to allow Jose to see out the season.

Ban them all is the call. Cancel the cl the europa league the nothing cup. I wonder what the TV companies think about this idea. How many clubs will last without the big 6 in the pl. TV money for this next year will be 50p each. For once Danny got it right in getting us into the super league. The rest just need to hold their nerve. Uefa and fifa have had their trousers pulled down. The world Cup without players from the top clubs in the world same for the European this year. Brilliant.

Perhaps highlighting the disconnect between ENIC and the clubs supporters. This is an investment company first and foremost

Yep. Mr Levy has meetings with himself. “Pay rise Mr Chairman?”…..”Why thank you Mr Levy”…..”Well, you’ve done such tremendous work at the helm Mr Chairman”……
Interesting Boris and chums seem more outraged at this, as does the general public, than the forced incarceration of the country in the name of a PCR pandemic resulting in mental, physical, spiritual and economic disaster…..another thing Levy knows all about: Priority’s.🤑
