According to Football London, the Australian manager is not entirely happy with the club’s academy and he feels there is a lot of work done that needs to be done at the youth level. Postecoglou feels that Spurs do not have the production line other top clubs have and they need to scale those levels.
They need to create a situation where academy graduates are constantly knocking on the door for a place in the first team. While there is a lot of work to be done, they have enjoyed a successful season at the youth level last term.

Hall is yet to make his debut for the senior team, the 18-year-old was on the bench for the penultimate game of the season against Manchester City. The teenage midfielder has been a consistent performer for both club and country at the youth level and he is expected to be rewarded next season with a lot more exposure in the first team.
