Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the move for the Atalanta midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi.
A report from Tutto Mercato Web claims that Antonio Conte likes the 29-year-old attacking midfielder a lot and he wants to sign the player during the January transfer window.
Furthermore, the manager has ‘perfect harmony’ with club director Fabio Paratici regarding a move for the Atalanta ace and they believe that Malinovskyi would be a useful addition to the Tottenham side.
The 29-year-old has been a key player for Atalanta over the past year and he scored 10 goals and picked up seven assists across all competitions last season.
The experienced Ukrainian international is exactly the kind of player Spurs need right now. They have a quality midfield at their disposal, but they are severely lacking in craft and goals.
Malinovskyi will add goals from the midfield and introduce creativity as well.
It will be interesting to see a Spurs can agree on a deal with Atalanta in the coming months.
