Tottenham Hotspur’s Brazilian striker, Richarlison, has had a season to forget after his big-money move from Everton. The 25-year-old arrived at Spurs for a club-record fee of £60m but has struggled to find his footing on the pitch, managing to score only twice in the entire season, with both goals coming against Marseille in the Champions League group stage.
Richarlison’s first season with Spurs has been marred by injuries and controversy. He has already missed 11 games due to various injuries, which has limited his playing time and hindered his ability to make an impact on the team.
Additionally, he had a public falling out with his former manager, Antonio Conte, after the Italian did not start him in a crucial Champions League match against AC Milan.
Off the pitch, Richarlison seems to have landed in hot water with his neighbors. According to a report by The Sun, his next-door neighbors have lodged complaints against him due to noise disturbances emanating from his house.
They have reported him to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) due to his two dogs constantly barking, causing annoyance to the neighbors.
In addition to the noise from his dogs, Richarlison has also been accused of throwing a late-night party with loud live music that went on until 4 in the morning.
The neighbor stated (via The Sun):
“We reported him to the RSPCA as his dogs have been howling
“It’s not nice to hear. They constantly bark. There’s no let-up.”
“He recently had a massive party with a live band that made our houses vibrate and it went on until 4am.”
