Tottenham have received a significant boost after Alejo Veliz returned to training ahead of schedule.
The young striker picked up an injury during the match against Bournemouth. It was later revealed that Veliz left the club on crutches with a leg brace on and, after scans, it was reported that he would be out for six weeks.
However, it seems that the player has made an incredible recovery, with him now back in training almost 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
The striker shared a video of himself engaging in individual training on the grass, signalling a significant step towards complete recovery.

Veliz, a highly talented 20-year-old, was signed by Tottenham in the summer and has already been given opportunities with the first team.
Having made eight appearances, all as a substitute, he managed to score one goal during his initial outings.
Although Spurs have signed another attacker in Werner this window, Richarlison remains the only out-and-out striker at the club and Veliz could still be considered the only direct back up for the position.
