Tottenham Hotspur defender Eric Dier has heaped praise on the newly appointed manager Ange Postecoglou.
The experienced defender believes that the players are enjoying the Australian manager’s style of play.
Dier said to Sky Sports: “It’s a new way of working for us and I’m really enjoying it. I’m really enjoying the training and the style of play he wants us to play. All of these things are really enjoyable and the messages he’s putting across to us. So as you said it hasn’t been very long but I’m really enjoying it so far.”
"It's gonna be a very different Tottenham than previous years!" ⚪

Postecoglou prefers free-flowing attacking football and his way of playing is completely different to his predecessor, Antonio Conte.
The Italian manager was criticised heavily during his time at Tottenham for his defensive approach and the players seem to be enjoying their new manager’s philosophy.
Postecoglou’s attacking football is likely to be a hit with the Tottenham fans as well.
However, the Australian manager will be expected to guide Tottenham back into the Champions League and he will have to get the results right. Spurs seemed quite vulnerable defensively safely last season, and the likes of Dier were criticised heavily.
The Tottenham defender was not at his best last season and he will need to improve if he wants to hold down a regular starting spot under the new manager.
Tottenham have been linked with a number of central defenders in recent weeks and they are expected to bring in a quality partner for Cristian Romero before the transfer window closes.
Given the fact that Dier is enjoying his football under Postecoglou, it is fair to assume that he could bounce back strongly next season and establish himself as a key player for Tottenham.
