With the summer months approaching, rumors regarding the future of Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane are beginning to surface. The 28-year-old is under contract until 2024; however, if Spurs fail to clinch a top-four finish, reports of a possible departure will grow louder.
According to The Athletic (via Sky Sports), Manchester United has Kane as an option in their pursuit of a striker. The Red Devils want to bring in a new no. 9, that’s a proven goalscorer to Old Trafford.
Manchester United are reportedly prepared to test Spurs’ willpower on Kane if the England captain becomes their primary transfer target. The Tottenham striker sees his best form as he hopes to push the north London club into a top-four finish.
Over his last ten fixtures in all competitions, Kane has scored eight goals and recorded three assists for both his club and country. If the striker continues at this level, Manchester United might have to go after the Kane considering there would be no adapting to the Premier League.

I think Bale’a problem was the hierarchy between him and Ronaldo, that may have soured things. I don’t think Ronaldo or Bale helped the situation, not saying they hated each other or anything but there looked an ego clash going on at the club, and not only between them. The British guy probably gets the blame by the fans. Real’s support is toxic.
Bartender, I’ll have what he’s having!
Think the Bale experience may put Kane off Madrid..then again maybe it was about the player..who knows.
I thought April fools was on Friday 🤷🏻♂️
With the squad they have, it was always going to be the case. It’s a good point though, he was given a more prominent role with more freedom to do his thing at Villa. Makes you wonder why you pay that much for a player who’s powers will obviously be diminished in a different environment.
I think it’s partly to do with the home-grown quota, they need a few English or British players in their squad so they have to buy at a high level. You also pay a premium for top level English players, so Citeh swallow it. Similar situation to Walker, and Delph for example. They didn’t need a player of Delph’s ability which isn’t bad I suppose but he just made up the squad depth and the quota…
Where both clubs are currently at, it would be a sideways move. I can however see Kane going abroad to somewhere like Real Madrid.
If we finish 4th,5th or 6th , Harry goes nowhere . He knows that , yeah I know, said it all before , THFC is on the brink of breakthrough . We aint got Russians , we aint got Yanks , we aint got Saudi’s and their gas/oil.
What we do got is Harry , we got Sonny , we have in a short time realised the manager we got , and honestly – dont you just love him ?
We are on the precipice , we can achieve greatness of that I’m sure .
The purse strings will be released , Conte will fight for that . He must make one or two great signings in the summer and of course if we could just sneak 4th.
Tell me I’m dreaming , but is it part fact too ? Get 4th and our ‘Arry goes nowhere ==== C O Y S ==== !!!!!!!!!!!!
System and discipline. When was the last time you see Kyle Walker showing off that blinding speed getting back on defense. I will wait. Pep got him to play right wing back in a 433 formation. Sane and Sterling the prime wingers then. They all learn quickly Pep way or the high. Meaning walker play behind the ball and the occasional overlap. Jack Grealish, was the man at Villa he made the system work and when he is out it failed. No one person makes Pep system work and Grealish has not found the “it factor” to make himself functional in Pep system. Phil Foden get it and earned Pep’s trust 2 years ago and haven’t look back. Fabian Delph for heaven sake plays almost a full season at left back as and never looked out of place. So, Grealish with all his talent better learn what is being asked of him by Pep before he get a public chastin.
Just ask Sterling who think he got it made until Pep gave him a public dress down.
Anyhow nothing will re awaken Citeh’s interest more than the thought of Kane heading to the Commercial Champs of England.
Big fish little fish..Grealish is missing his cardboard box.
Cannot see Kane going to Utd with Ronaldo ruling the roost….the complete and utter chaos bollo#ks that are ManU and Everton keep Levy in a job….well that and his Godfather …” I’m going to make him an offer they have to refuse “…Kane would be mad to join ManU..are Barca under Xavi now..could see him there if a mysterious Catalan benefactor stumped up the dosh.
Some players like being the big fish, Grealish was just that at Villa but he will never get the same at citeh, so it’s whether he adapts to being a bit part there
Would be an awful move!
Manchester United are a club in total disarray. They’re managerless & had more interim managers than full time managers since Sir Alex Ferguson, they’ve a squad in more need of overhauling than THFC.
Grealish is a strange one.Pep insists he is very happy with him,but to me he doesn’t influence games in the way he did at Villa and he seems less reluctent to take players on now.Whether that is under instruction I don’t know.
Even at Utd he’d have more chance of silverware than with enic fc.
Can’t understand why City have cooled their interest tbh, he’s one of the best strikers on the planet and is PL ready. Goodness knows why they wasted £100m on Grealish to sit on the bench!
This wouldn’t surprise me as I suspect City have cooled their interest, although I would suggest he has far more chance of silverware at City.A move to Utd.could prove to be another ‘project’.
