“We shouldn’t be afraid of anything” Mourinho Expects Spurs To Win Final Game And To Top Group – video

This was as close as José got to being upbeat in the wake of a tedious draw. One might presume his demeanour was down to him knowing full well the full extent of the dressing down he was going to hand out. I’d suggest fans lump on Tottenham to win convincingly against Royal Antwerp, next time round.

As far as the North London Derby goes, the fall-out from this game is probably enough to motivate our lot to another level.

True, but I’d suspect there’ll be a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ between the clubs if that transpires. (Or Ryan will mysteriously be ‘injured’)

We’ve always made hard work of the ropey haven’t we? Largely due to having barebones squad in the past. It used to be a bit of a standing joke that our exertions in the ropey would often be followed by a poor result in the league directly after. That’s what happens if your chairman doesn’t show enough ambition.,

I just hope he’s made it very plain to everyone that they are fighting for their place at THFC.They need to know this is not a rehearsal,

I just sense a bit of frustration in Mourinho because of not getting the results he wanted from the EL so far, probably because he could have rested players in the final game. As it is he will want to win that final game to get a lesser opponent in the next round, just hope he keeps the players on board with him, as he will need them through the season.

Arsenal (H), Antwerp, Palace (H), Liverpool (A), Leicester (H)…next up. Going to be a tough few weeks. There is no result last night that could have made teh Antwerp game a dead rubber, I wonder how much of the mentality and approach led to the fact that the players saw that as last chance to cruise until Christmas?

All I know is that we need to prove why we are top of the league, and this is likely our hardest run all season. (Starting at City) – shame they are not all away while stadiums shut. So I really hope I am wrong about Jose.
