In any case, I don’t think it has anything to do with “multi-use appeal”, stadiums in the US are used for any number of things – rock concerts, multiple sports, and the seats are usually the dominant color of the clubs uniform, never lowered the appeal. What scenario can you possibly envision where an event organizer says “sorry mate, we were going to lease your place, but those blue seats are just over the top”.
