Tottenham show interest in signing €40m rated striker with 48 goals for La Liga club

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in acquiring the services of Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri in the summer transfer window, as per reports from Fichajes. The Spanish club is believed to be willing to cash in on the 25-year-old, raising his price tag to €40million.

En-Nesyri has been in stunning form for Sevilla this season, scoring 13 goals in all competitions, bringing his total to 48 goals and 3 assists in 142 appearances since joining the club in 2020. He was also a key player for Morocco in their impressive World Cup campaign in Qatar, scoring a crucial goal in their quarter-final win against Portugal.

Tottenham’s interest in En-Nesyri stems from their need to bolster their attacking options, with doubts surrounding the future of Harry Kane, who has been linked with a move away from the club, and Richarlison struggling for form. Lucas Moura is also set to depart the North London club at the end of the season.

The report also claims that other Premier League clubs, including West Ham United and Crystal Palace, are interested in the Moroccan international. It further adds that En-Nesyri has previously rejected offers, but is reportedly open to considering a more attractive offer that allows him to continue growing in his career, both financially and sportingly.

The summer transfer window is still months away, and it remains to be seen whether Tottenham will be able to secure the services of En-Nesyri. However, the striker’s impressive performances have not gone unnoticed, and he could be a valuable addition to any team looking to bolster their attacking options.
