Tottenham Hotspur winger Lucas Moura has been linked with a move away from the club at the end of the season.
According to a report from Daily Mail, the 30-year-old Brazilian winger is ready to leave the club when his contract expires in the summer.
The Londoners have not managed to agree on an extension with the player and Moura will leave on a free transfer.
Moura has been an important squad player for Tottenham since joining the club but he has fallen down the pecking order this season and the Brazilian has not started a single game in the Premier League. The player needs more first-team action at this stage of his career and it will be interesting to see if he can secure a move away from the London club in the upcoming windows.
The report from Daily Mail claims that the player will see out his contract and could return to his former club Sao Paulo in the summer.
Apparently, the £80,000 a week star has interest from Premier League clubs as well. The likes of Aston Villa, Manchester United, and Newcastle United were keen on signing the player last summer and it remains to be seen whether they are prepared to come forward with an offer in the coming months.
The winger has 38 goals and 27 assists to his name across 213 appearances for the London club and he will be remembered for his remarkable Champions League semi-final performance against Ajax in 2019.
