Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Bundesliga attacker Randal Kolo Muani.
The 24-year-old French international has been in outstanding form for Eintracht Frankfurt this season and his performances have attracted the attention of the London club according to RMCsport.
Now a report from L’Equipe claims that Tottenham will have to pay €100 million for the talented young Frenchman.
Kolo Muani has contributed to 12 goals and 13 assists across all competitions this season and he could prove to be a superb long-term acquisition for the London club.
Tottenham need to sign another quality forward who can share the goal-scoring burden alongside Harry Kane and Kolo Muani certainly seems like the ideal fit.
The 24-year-old Frenchman will add goals and creativity in the final third for Tottenham and help them compete for the major honours.
Furthermore, he is quite young and he is likely to develop further with coaching and experience. Working with someone like Antonio Conte could help the player improve massively.
Furthermore, he is likely to learn a lot while playing alongside a world-class player like Kane. A move to Tottenham could certainly accelerate his development and help him fulfil his world-class potential.
However, the asking price could prove to be a major concern. Tottenham have to strengthen the other areas of their squad as well and they might not be able to afford €100m on a single player.
It remains to be seen whether the Bundesliga outfit are prepared to negotiate a more reasonable asking price in the summer.
