Jude Soonsup-Bell is all set to leave Tottenham just 18 months after joining them from Chelsea.
Spurs are always on the lookout for opportunities to sign young players with huge potential. While they have signed some exciting prospects in the ongoing transfer window, a few players who have failed to reach the expected levels have already left the club. According to Dan Marsh, Jude Soonsup-Bell who was expected to be the next big thing is now all set to join Spanish club Cordoba.
Soonsup-Bell was a part of the Chelsea youth ranks from 2015 to 2023. The English striker was quite highly rated by people in the country and he was expected to reach great heights. On the back of his huge potential, Spurs brought him to the club at the start of 2023 but things haven’t really worked out for the 20-year-old at the North London club.
While he has done a decent job for their Under-21 team with 14 goals and eight assists in his 34 outings, Soonsup-Bell hasn’t been able to break into the first team. With just a year left on his deal, he has been linked with a move away from Tottenham for a while now.
Earlier in the month, it was reported that the English youth international would leave Spurs permanently and he is now closing in on an exit. Soonsup-Bell is all set to join Cordoba as the Spanish side has an agreement in place with the North London club. He is expected to soon undergo a medical in Spain.
