Ward’s Corner Salsa Shutdown This Sunday

By The Boy -

#SalsaSambaSHUTDOWN is back!

The market and resident community of Latin Village and Wards Corner will open their market for the second part of the SalsaSamba shutdown to fight gentrification and the demolition of our market!

On the 25th of June, we will be celebrating culture with *Live music, performances and Latin American food* – because diversity is bigger than Grainger Developer’s ideas of profit before people and regeneration.

We will be FUNDRAISING to cover legal costs for our fight at the PUBLIC HEARING on the 11th of July 2017

Donate here.

Come support us, as we are part of the larger movement against gentrification and FOR adequate social housing, FOR community centres and markets.

Lastly, we stand together and in solidarity as migrant communities, with the #GrenfellTower residents, survivors and victims of austerity measures and of the privatisation of land.

Kid Friendly & Free admission 11am to 5pm
