Tim Sherwood’s Team For Southampton

By The Boy -

The good news was that Southampton’s league form had ebbed. They lost 3 games on the bounce. Arse, Chelsea and Villa.

But since then, two impressive draws against a resurgent Newcastle and an unforgiving Manchester City, are indicators that Pochettino may have his house in order again.

Back to back losses for us ahead of this game aren’t sooooo important as they say more about the muddle we’re in than what, on a clear day, we might be capable of.

What are we looking for? Me, I want the lads to return to London thinking that it’ll all work out right in the end, not dwell upon handing in a transfer request or be popping “assisted suicide” into Google.

We need stability within the team, and for now, that will only come from them pulling together and putting in a shift that secures a draw or more.
