The Most Detestable Arsenal Fan Ever?

By The Boy -

From May of 2016:

A stockbroker who claimed his victim cried only rape because his penis is so large was jailed for six years as a judge branded his bizarre defence ‘arrogant’.

Daniel Green, 26, attacked the woman at the central London headquarters of financial firm StratX where he and his colleagues had hosted a cocaine and champagne fueled-party.

The pair had been part of a group who went back to Green’s workplace after drinking and taking the party drug on a night out.

But the woman, who is in her twenties, crawled under a desk to sleep as she waited for the first train home.

As she lay comatose in the gloomy office, Green ripped off her clothes.

She begged him to stop and tried to wriggle free but Green only stopped and said: ‘Oh shit, she’s crying,’ when she burst into tears.

Preening Green claimed in court they had consensual sex and it was his abnormally large penis – at ten inches long with a four inch girth – which left his victim sobbing on the office floor.

The Arsenal fan, who filled his social media accounts with images of him partying and smoking Cuban cigars, also suggested she may have lied because she did not like stockbrokers.

But prosecutor Timothy Forster told jurors Green raped his victim because he was ‘jealous’, ‘frustrated and humiliated’ in front of his new work colleagues after a pal got together with her friend.

Green showed no emotion as Old Bailey jury of seven men and five women found him guilty by a majority of 11 to one after five hours and 55 minutes deliberation.

The judge, Mr Recorder Wood QC will sentence him later.

The victim told jurors she had been out celebrating a recent promotion with colleagues at The Vintry in the City on Friday 15 May last year.

She and two female friends moved on to nearby Harry’s Bar where they met a group of men from StratX.

The woman, who knew them socially, said she and one of her friends then went to a club with a group of around five employees from the stockbroking firm.

She said she drank three glasses of red wine and a gin and tonic, as well as taking three pinches of cocaine and a line of the Class A drug.

‘It was just your normal evening, we were having a good time being out on a Friday night,’ she told jurors.

‘There were various points on the dance floor where Daniel was dancing around me and I just remember kind of moving away and being with my friend because it was our night out.’

The alleged victim said she and her friend were suspicious Green and his pal fancied them, but asked if she reciprocated in any way, she said: ‘100 percent, no.’

‘One of the guys said, “we have got alcohol back at the office we could go there,” the woman continued.

‘There was perhaps a plan to carry on in Soho but the office was closer so we decided as a group to go back to 20 Abchurch Lane.’

Jurors heard the group carried on drinking and listening to music in the office and the alleged victim said she took two more lines of cocaine.

‘I saw most of them taking cocaine,’ she said. ‘Everyone was having different conversations in the office.

‘The mood was pleasantly fine. We had been on a night out so everyone was happy.’

But she said the mood quickly ‘turned sour’ when her friend falsely accused someone of stealing her cocaine so she did not have to share.

The woman explained she had left her bank card at home, so decided to ‘take a little nap’ under a desk in an adjacent office while waiting for the first train.

She sobbed and fled the court in tears as she told jurors how Green pulled down her trousers and knickers as she snoozed.

The victim explained: ‘I said, “What the f— are you doing?”

She then managed to wriggle free from her attacker as she repeatedly told him ‘no’. But Green dragged her back and continued the assault.

‘The next thing I remember is being turned around onto my back. I remember seeing Daniel’s face and I just my first thought was to cover my eyes,’ she said.

‘I just didn’t want to accept what was happening and look at him in his eyes so I remember covering my eyes with my hands.

‘He was making sexual noises. It was just making me feel horrible so I literally just burst into tears after realising I wasn’t going to get away and this was actually happening.

‘That’s when I started crying. At that point, it seemed so bizarre, he had said nothing up until that point, then he goes, “oh s—-, she’s crying”.

‘After he saw me crying he got off. I was just distraught about what just happened.

‘Then he was out of the office really quickly.’

Breaking down in tears under cross examination from Green’s lawyer, she added: ‘I absolutely didn’t consent to sex with Daniel, it was rape and I was trying to get away.’

Green fled the office but was arrested later that day. He denied rape but gave no details of his version of events in a prepared statement to police.

But in court, he said he had got close to the woman when they both complained about her friend who had ‘ruined the evening’ by falsely claiming someone had stolen her cocaine.

He insisted they had consensual sex, but said she began to cry because his penis was just too large.

‘She was touching me, she unbuttoned my shirt and she was touching me, also we were still kissing,’ he said.

‘I’m kissing her neck, she’s putting her arm around me and at which point I tried to penetrate her with my penis.

‘At which stage she rolled back, and at that point I saw a tear in on her face so I jumped back and I said “Oh f—-. Are you’re crying?”.

‘I thought my penis was hurting her.

‘I always have difficulty when it comes to having sex with girls, I find my penis is hard to penetrate females unless there is lube readily available.

‘The last relationship I had we didn’t have sex a lot, if we did manage to do it would cause her pain and we wouldn’t be able to have sex for a few weeks.’

When asked how large his penis was he said it was 10 inches long and 4 inches in circumference and made a ring with his fingers as he estimated his girth to the jury.

He even asked an usher to demonstrate to the jury how long ten inches was, but was stopped by the judge.

‘I tried to penetrate her twice,’ he said.

‘She said: “Can you leave? Just leave, just go”.’

Green said he picked up his clothes and left the office and told jurors the woman could be making up the rape claim just because he is a stockbroker.

Asked why she made the allegations, he said: ‘There isn’t any good thing attached to that kind of work – also maybe the fact that it was a one night stand for a woman with a career,’ he said.

Green of Prospect Hill, Walthamstow, east London, denied a rape on 16 May last year.
