Rose Could Go, Levy Confident About Incoming Players

By The Boy -

Good morning where you are.

Some greater detail coming through on the Danny Rose offer from Chelsea to kick off and the £70million would appear to be closer to £72million.

This number is comprised of £58million worth of straight fee and a further £14million in various add-ons and bonuses etc.

This is like starting your day by opening a letter from your ex wife detailing how good her her new fella is in the sack.

Gladys also believes that such is the confidence at Hotspur Way with incoming signings that Rose could be let go.

This is an astonishing thing for me to even process, let alone share, but a line was crossed by Rose. That Sun interview was a serious, possibly unforgivable breach of trust. A complete deviation from the plan.

Poch was all ‘we are calm, what a silly boy’ in his presser but make no mistake he was livid. Unforgivingly angry. This may explain why our chairman spun round to Chateau Rose that night and not our manager.

So there you have it.

A threat of extremely intense transfer activity.

Clearly the press and nervous ninnies in our fanbase (in which I include myself) have nothing to worry about.

I’m struggling to see how a scenario whereby both Rose and Walker are sold can be ‘made good’.
