Poch says Tottenham must not be distracted by the Barclays Premier League table as they pursue their first title in more than half a century

Spurs last won the league in 1961, but we remain just five points adrift of leaders Leicester following a convincing 3-0 victory at Norwich on Tuesday night.

This will only be vindicated if the Thursday/Sunday pattern doesn’t upset our form – which it has done on just about every single previous occasion.

The biggest moan about the Europa is that we don’t have the depth of squad, so when we’ve travelled 2000 miles to play FC Machete Koran, we have to take first team players and they simply do not travel then play well in their next league game.
