Speaking beforethis morning’s game, the lad told the press:
“Some people have a route into the first team which is pretty straightforward but this day and age it’s probably more regular for players at top clubs to go and get experience out on loan.
“I definitely feel it has helped me. I’ve had different experiences playing different styles of football and in different positions in the league.
“I thoroughly enjoyed all my loans and hopefully there’s no more.”
Meanwhile, Spurs yoofstar Marcus Edwards caught inadvertently by Spurs TV as Poch was breaking it to the kid that the game was all about the quality of end product.
